We recognise that our items are to a standard UK sizing and not made to measure which is why we offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
UK DELIVERY
Ordinarily, our standard free delivery is guaranteed next-day if ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday, for most of the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) however, please note that due to the ongoing situation orders may take a day or two longer than usual to arrive. Any orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 3pm on Friday, it will be dispatched the following Monday and arrive Tuesday inclusive.
