DAMAGED / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you encounter any issues with your received order please email on orders@cosheroom.com with your order number and a photo of the wrong/damaged item. Don’t you worry, we will take care of it immediately:)

HOW CAN I USE MONOGRAM SERVICES ON MY ORDER? (COMING SOON)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

All the detailed information about return/refund and exchange can be found on this page. We offer return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Monogramed pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER? y?

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please email us on orders@cosheroom.com. with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes. However, once the order has been shipped, we are not able to amend or cancel it, in which case you are welcome to return or exchange it after receiving it.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

We are happy to offer free express worldwide shipping on all orders over £300. For full list of prices and delivery time please visit this page. For most UK orders, delivery is guaranteed next day if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday. Orders with TOSHI is guaranteed delivery the same day or nominated day and time which was chosen by you at checkout.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from DHL or other express shipping company. Using the tracking number and link provided in this email you will be able to track your order.

WHERE DO COSHEROOM PRODUCE THEIR PIECES

Cosheroom cares a lot about their quality of the material and garment production. All our pieces are hand made in Latvia, Riga in our amazing partner factory. All our fabrics are sourced from different countries, to meet the best level of quality. For more information on the fabrics please check information under each product.

WHAT IS KLARNA AND HOW DOES IT WORK.

Klarma is a service that gives an opportunity to shop now and pay later with interest-free payments. Using Klarma you pay for your items in 4 installments. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

On average, it only takes a few days for the money to appear on your account. In some unusual cases, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
